Sport activities
There are lots of opportunities to practice some various sports in the region. Some hiking maps are available in the cottages. Small hikes for amateurs, great and long hikes for brave people, there is plenty of choice. During your stay, you need to plan 1 day to climb the top of the Lance's mountain (which is 1340 meters high), because there is a wonderful 360° panorama view during clean wether.
Various sports activities are available in the region: climbing in a treetop adventure park (Marsanne), canoeing on the Drôme river or in the Ardèche’s gorge, hiking (there is a large number of hiking trails), climbing in Crest, paragliding in Vesc, horseback riding...

The Lez river at the bottom of the valley offers freshness and bathing spots during summer.
